Intelligent Box Making Machine Model AB2500FS
1.Safety Standards(General/Special)
In the interest of safeguarding the safety of operating personnel, equipment, and company materials, and with the aim of standardizing operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency and minimize the cost of equipment operation, these guidelines have been formulated. The equipment referred to this specification includes the cutting machine and its supporting air compressor and workstation.
When loading the equipment for shipment, forklifts must be utilized. During transportation, it is imperative to securely fasten the equipment to the vehicle body using ropes. Failure to adequately secure the equipment may result in collisions during transit, potentially causing damage to the equipment.
Upon equipment arrival at the site, the necessary connections for electricity and pneumatic source should be established. The pneumatic source should meet the requirement of 0.8 MPa, and the voltage specification should comply with AC380V 50HZ, 3P+N+PE.
It is necessary to check whether the wires of the equipment are exposed and whether the equipment is in good condition, such as whether the screws of the key parts are secure, whether the rotating parts are lack of lubricating oil, and whether there are sundries on the cutting pad. Pay special attention to check whether the safety limit power-off setting of the air compressor which support the cutting machine is in good condition. Report discovered issues immediately.
During the debugging process, do not open the safety guard or bypass safety switches without permission.
Once the machine is operational, constantly monitor its performance, and in case of any anomalies, immediately shut down and disconnect the power. Resume operation only after the problem has been reported and resolved.
Maintenance personnel must regularly check the sharpness of the cutting blades. If the blades become dull or leave severe marks on the cut sheet, they must be sharpened or replaced in a timely manner. Every week, add lubricant to the rotating parts (including the blade's up/down and pad sliding rails, connecting rods of the blades and bearings, gearboxes, etc.), and drain water from the compressed air-oil-water separator and air storage tank of the air compressor. When performing maintenance, power and pneumatic supply must be shut off, and it is forbidden to operate inside the equipment while the pneumatic supply is shut off.
-
- The operating surface of the cutting machine must remain level, and the grounding parts of the equipment must be evenly loaded.
- During the cutting operation, do not deactivate the infrared safety switch; without permission, do not press the cutting button simultaneously by two people; continuous activation of the pressing or cutting button, resulting in the cutting tool dropping more than three times in succession, is not allowed, especially in cases where the sheet has not been completely cut off. In instances where two operators are performing the cutting operation on the sheet from the front and the rear, the primary operator must only press the operation button after receiving a clear instruction from the secondary person at the rear.
- Operators must not place any part of their body inside the safety guard while operating the machine.
- When servicing the equipment, power and pneumatic supply must be disconnected. Equipment under maintenance or awaiting repair must be clearly marked with a "Do not use" sign.
- It is strictly forbidden to reach into the cutting blade while the machine is running, and it is forbidden to perform the blade rearrangement operation or adjustment operations underneath the blades.
- Do not cut a single layer of corrugated paper with a thickness exceeding 7mm.
- Personnel not trained should refrain from approaching or touching the machine.
- Operators must be familiar with local safety laws and regulations.
1.9 Maintenance personnel must possess a professional electrician certificate recognized by the state. Prior to operation, take the necessary safety precautions for the personnel and ensure personal safety. Equip with the appropriate qualified insulating protective gear (insulating clothing or insulating cape, insulating gloves, insulating shoes, anti-static rubber mat), and if necessary, wear safety goggles. Do not remove insulating protective gear during operations. Unauthorized personnel should not perform maintenance and repairs.
1.10 Before using this equipment, thoroughly read this manual.
